You can have peace of mind knowing your consignment, large or small, will receive high volume exposure to the world of online auctions. With online auctions, no piece will go unnoticed, as a consignor you get maximum coverage of your items.
Online auctions provide us the ability to conduct an auction at any location. We can send our team to you, wherever you are. Whether you are selling your home, downsizing, dealing with an estate, liquidating a business, reducing a collection or just making room, online auctions are convenient, and will reduce the burden or work load associated with these sometimes overwhelming tasks.
These auctions provide potential bidders & buyers more time to participate. Once an auction catalog goes "live", bidding is typically open for one week, allowing people to view the items on their own time, from the comfort of their home, cottage, hotel room or wherever they may be. When conducting an online auction at our facility we host a preview day, opening our doors to the public, allowing them to come and view any items of interest in person so that they can be confident when bidding. The same process is used for online auctions on location--although we recommend a preview, it is entirely up to the host. The day following an online auction is "load out day"; if we are conducting an auction on location, we are happy to send our team to oversee the removal of items or, if the host is able, can manage this task themselves.

- A member of our staff will obtain all of the pertinent personal information required for the bid(s) to be placed.
This includes: Full Name, Address & Telephone Number
Then, you will need to provide a list of each lot(s) you would like to place a bid(s) on. - With each lot, you will need to provide us your maximum price for each lot (these prices will be kept in confidence and only be used for the lots you have specified).
- An "absentee" or "max bid" bid will be placed on each lot for the maximum price you have chosen.
- Our computer software will place bids on your item, up to but not exceeding your set maximum price.
- At the completion of the auction (or the morning after) a member of our staff will contact you regarding any lot(s) you were the successful bidder on.
*Be aware, we will only contact you for items you have won, we will not contact you if you have been outbid, or were not successful*
