We will be offering a drive up/curb side pick-up. If you purchase furniture, please back up to the 1st rollup door on the West side of the building (It is labelled 'Spot #5') and follow instructions on the sign. If you purchased smaller items, please find an empty spot on the West side of the back warehouse (They are labelled as Spot #1 through Spot #4) and follow instructions on the sign. We will gather your items and bring them to your spot. Loading assistance will not be provided, please bring help and all packing supplies you may need. No one will be allowed access in to our building. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all navigate these unusual times.
In the interest of the health & safety of our staff & customers, we would ask that if you have been in contact with a confirmed or probable case or have or have a fever/onset cough or other flu like symptoms that you do not visit our location in person.
PAYMENT: CREDIT CARD OR E-TRANSFER. 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AND PAID FOR DURING THE DESIGNATED PICK UP TIMES. ITEMS NOT PAID FOR DURING THE PAYMENT/PICK UP TIMES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR REGISTRATION. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THE DESIGNATED WINDOW WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE AUCTION COMPANY MAY BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED & DISPOSED OF. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY.
